I walk into a property, and I wait. Every decision — the layout, the finishes, the risks — is for the person who's actually going to live there. Not the market.

I renovate homes in Portland and beyond.

But what I’m actually doing is creating the space where — the woman who has been looking for some time and can’t find the ‘one,’ and finally walks into one of mine and then exhales.
