We bought this home in June of 2024 from the son of its occupant and owner. As she had aged, a lot of the stunning original features of the home weren’t kept up and the house was in need of a full refresh. The basement was unfinished and had a ton of potential, the kitchen was closed off and dated. There was brown shag carpet in about half of the house and was a tip to its glory days in the 70’s.

We added A/C, a new furnace, updated flooring throughout, redid the kitchen and bathrooms and fully finished the basement with a bathroom, laundry room and two bonus/family rooms.

The end result was stunning. It sold about one week after listing.
