When I first walked into this house, the energy was incredible. I wanted it immediately. It had been kept in great shape, but was just dated, so the list price was higher than what I would usually go for, but I knew it would be a masterpiece and went for it.

The entry has a beautiful vaulted ceiling that I knew we could emphasize. We brought in a Tongue and Groove cedar to finish out the vibe. New kitchen, updates to all the bathrooms, new flooring throughout, exterior paint and finishing touches.

The biggest transformation in this space was in the primary bedroom. It had a very small bathroom en suite with a vanity that was open to the bedroom. The flow was off. We figured out a way to enclose the whole bathroom and made it a key highlight of the entire home. We also really went all in on the landscaping and added a large retaining wall in the back to improve the usability of the very large lot.

My favorite project so far!! I could go on and on. We listed in March of 2026 and it sold within 3 days for $130,000 over asking. The feedback was incredible! When you love something this much that feeling spreads!
