Fairmount is a very special home in SW Portland. Originally designed and built in 1984 by Portland architect Robert Oshatz.

This full home remodel was completed in 2025 after some water damage during a storm in 2024. The lower floors were damaged significantly as well as the bathrooms throughout so we rebuilt and then updated the kitchen as well. We worked hard on this project to modernize while paying tribute to the original design. The outcome is absolutely stunning!
